The exciting Denmark winger is a top target for both Premier League clubs after a superb Euro 2020 campaign.
Goal says the Italian club is demanding €35m for Damsgaard.
In the 2020/21 campaign, Damsgaard made 37 appearances for Sampdoria, scoring 2 goals and 4 assists.
The 21 year-old only joined Samp last year.
