You are responsible for moving it into your home or business. • On request, we can ship dock to dock • We do offer inside delivery upon request for an additional fee to limited areas. Please call us if you are interested in inside delivery. • Picking up your item(s) at the local freight terminal does not change the freight and delivery fees • Unless noted, items are shipped fully assembled, wrapped for protection and strapped to wood pallets. • Freight costs are based on the weight, dimensions of the shipment and your zip code. It also includes the packaging fee. • If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in correcting any issues.  Please do not refuse delivery as most issues that can occur are usually not as bad as they may look and can easily be rectified by parts and a service tech. • Customers can provide their own carrier service but handling and packaging fees of $50.00 will apply.
