Real Madrid have made a second bid of €170 million to PSG for Kylian Mbappé, according to Sky Sports.
The news comes just a couple of days after the Ligue 1 side rejected a €160 million offer from Los Blancos.
PSG signed Mbappé from Monaco in 2018 for €180 million but, according to Sky, the French club have only paid €145 million. Another €35 million is due when they renew Mbappé’s contract, which expires in June 2022, or they sell him.
Club sporting director, Leonardo, admitted to RMC Sport yesterday that the Frenchman does want to leave the club.
“Kylian Mbappé wants to leave, it seems clear to me. If Real Madrid are making an offer, that seems clear. Me, I am giving a position, that, I think, is clear for everyone. We cannot, in the last week of the transfer window, change our plans. If he wants to leave, we won’t hold him back, but it will be on our terms,” he said.
