The visitors struck first after persistent pressure from Alvaro Morata forced a turnover and made no mistake to beat David Ospina 10 minutes in.
Down early, the hosts aimed to make things all square but weren’t effective enough in the attacking third with only two shots out of 10 hitting the target.
Whenever an opportunity presented itself, Juventus looked lunged forward to try and double their lead but attempts from Dejan Kulusevski fell just short.
It remained a nervy affair after the break but a defensive error from the visitors allowed Napoli to tie things up.
Lorenzo Insigne attempted a curling effort which goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny was aware of, but the Polish international dropped the ball allowing Matteo Politano to tap home.
Later on, another defensive error from Juventus allowed Napoli to complete the comeback.
When defending a corner, Moise Kean headed the ball towards his own goal and while it was partly saved by Szczęsny, Kalidou Koulibaly tapped it home.
With the result, Napoli stay perfect at the top of the table while winless Juventus sit just above relegation.
