Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund have today released an ad-hoc statement confirming that Manchester United will pay €85 million to sign Jadon Sancho this summer.
As reported, the 21-year-old will sign a contract with the Premier League side until 2026, pending a medical.
Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, BVB CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke said: “We reached a general agreement with Manchester United on the transfer of Jadon Sancho, pending full completion, as there are still some formalities to agree on and the medical check to be completed.”
Sancho has played 137 games in all competitions for Borussia Dortmund, scoring 50 and creating 64.
