BAYERN MUNICH LATEST OFFER FOR HARRY KANE REJECTED BY TOTTENHAM
David Ornstein of The Athletic has reported that Tottenham have rejected Bayern Munich’s latest offer for Harry Kane. Proposals made in June/July by Bayern were regarded as £25m short of the valuation, which saw those proposals rejected. Since then, ongoing talks led to another improved bid from the German giants, however this bid has also now been “knocked back” by Spurs.
The 30-year-old striker is entering the final year of his contact with Tottenham, and it is decision time on whether Spurs will cash in on their all time top goal scorer, or if they will keep him, and risk losing the Englishman on a free next summer.
Kane scored 32 goals last season for Tottenham, after making 49 appearances in all competitions. He also provided five assists for the Lilywhites in his last campaign.
It remains to be seen whether Bayern Munich will come back with another bid/proposal, or if this was their final attempt to land the England and Spurs captain.
