The application for this is the AMC/JEEP 290 304 343 360 390 401 ENGINES WITH THE 180 degree SPARK PLUG BOOTS and the wires are long and you cut to length and crimp on the HEI / MALE Distributor ends. Spiral core is the best of both worlds because it gives you high performance without any interference on your radio and electronics. These spiral core wires produce higher performance through improved efficiency, quicker throttle response, and reduced emissions. PLEASE NOTE: WILL NOT WORK WITH FEMALE/POINTS STYLE CAPWire lengths in inches including the ceramic spark plug boot: 32 32 36 36 41 41 48 48Never have burnt or melted spark plug boots again. This set of TSP wires comes equipped with premium ceramic boots, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 2,000° F. The wire itself has a jacket composed of premium, high-density silicone rated at 500° F and features a quality gloss finish to resist damage from water and chemicals. A spiral-wound Kevlar® core suppresses RFI (radio-frequency interference) and features 500 ohm per foot resistance for excellent performance. Around the core is a fiberglass braid which provides superior pull strength. TSP premium ignition wires are designed for superior performance and durability.
