England are playing in their first tournament final since 1966 while the Azzurri are in a European Championship final for the first time since 2012.
Gareth Southgate has had to deal with a slight injury to Phil Foden in the build-up to this clash and the Manchester City man is not in the starting XI here.
Instead, the Three Lions have gone to a five at the back with Kieran Trippier being recalled to the team and Kyle Walker moving in to become the third centre-back.
Roberto Mancini meanwhile has gone for the tried and trusted here with the usual midfield three of Jorginho, Nicolo Barella and Marco Verratti.
Emerson keeps his place at left-back while Ciro Immobile will lead the line
