The stage is all set for Olivier Giroud to complete his permanent move from Chelsea to AC Milan at the beginning of next week, a report claims.
The two sides have reached an agreement as well as personal terms being done and dusted, and TMW writes that Giroud will be in Milano over the weekend. He is expected to arrive on Sunday evening and the Frenchman will begin his new adventure within a couple of days with medical examinations scheduled for Monday morning.
He will then head to Casa Milan provided that the medical goes according to plan, and then he will put pen to paper on a two-year contract with Milan which will take him until he is 36.
In a saga that seems to have dragged on, it appears that the Rossoneri are close to getting another signing over the line after Mike Maignan, Fikayo Tomori and Sandro Tonali. Davide Calabria signed his renewal earlier today and the arrival of Brahim Diaz from Real Madrid should be sealed next week too.
